Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from the Netherlands to customers across the European Union.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping on all EU orders over €25. For orders under €25, the shipping rates below apply.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Orders over €25 ship free to all destinations listed above. Delivery times are estimates and start from the moment your order is shipped, not from the moment it is placed. Delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our control are not included in these estimates.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Undelivered or returned parcels

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
