Frequently asked questions
Which kit is best for Call of Duty, Fortnite or sniping?
For Call of Duty and sniping, the Ultimate Kit or the Pro Kit: both have FPS Extenders for finer aim and Precision Rings for control, and the Ultimate Kit adds Grip Caps for a second controller. For Fortnite it depends on how you play: want finer aim, choose a kit with extenders; want more grip at stock stick height, the Aim Kit or Comfort Kit fits better. Compare them all in our bundles.
What is the difference with the Pro Kit?
The Ultimate Kit has everything from the Pro Kit plus an 8-pack of Universal Grip Caps, for €4 more.
I'm not sure whether they play on PS5 or Xbox. What now?
Only the controller grips depend on that choice. The extenders, caps and rings fit both platforms. If you picked the wrong one, you can return the kit within 30 days, as long as it is unused and in the original packaging.
What are the grip caps for if the extenders are already on?
For their other controllers. Eight caps cover four controllers, including a Switch Pro controller or Joy-Con. They also protect the stock sticks whenever the extenders come off.
Which extender colour should I pick?
Red is black/red, Black is all black and Blue is black/blue. The colour only changes the look, so pick what matches their controller or setup.
